Toby is an experienced property professional with a background spanning land, development and commercial property. Throughout his career, he has worked with landowners, developers, housebuilders and investors, advising on a range of property opportunities and transactions.
His experience includes strategic land promotion, development consultancy, land acquisitions and disposals, commercial negotiations and structuring land agreements.
Toby has developed an extensive network of industry relationships and a strong understanding of the commercial considerations that underpin successful property transactions.
He established LVL Property to provide clients with independent, commercially focused advice, combining professional expertise with a personal and collaborative approach.
As a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Toby is committed to delivering clear advice, building trusted relationships and helping clients realise the full potential of their property assets.
